Press shop
We have well equipped Press shop with Hydraulic presses ranging from 5MT to 300MT & Mechanical presses from 50 MT to 150 MT. The Raw material storing capacity is about 300MT . The Steel Strips are inspected for Length, width, thickness burr & flatness. With these press capacities & in-house manufacture of tooling we are manufacturing complicated and precision Sheet metal parts.
Phosphating Plant :
We have two separate lines of Phosphating plant to cater to the needs of various customers.
Hydraulic Press Line for Assembly :
We have setup Hydraulic Press Assembly Line for our renowned customers to cope up production of Compressor shells with a production capacity of 3000 sets per day & Air filiter shells with a production capacity of 2000 nos. per day.
Welding Facility :
We also have Tig Welding machine to cater to the needs of various customers.
